Ensuring compliance is an on-going, daily mission at RAB. As a collection agency, we believe that protecting our clients by successfully maintaining compliance in a heavily regulated industry is one of the most crucial factors in earning clients' trust. RAB operates in compliance with all federal and state laws and with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We also maintain all necessary licenses.

RAB is committed to actively pursuing compliance. Informing collectors of changes in collection laws and emphasizing the importance of practicing compliance is an integral part of the on-going training all collectors receive.

Compliance laws change frequently, and RAB is dedicated to staying current with all of those changes. Upon receiving new information from states, RAB follows up to make sure our collectors are operating in compliance with new laws. To stay current on changing regulations, RAB also maintains constant contact with the American Collectors Association.
