Training makes the difference in achieving maximum, professional results. That's why RAB is committed to ongoing, comprehensive in-house training for our collection agents. We have a unique advantage in training because all of our trainers and unit managers have worked as collectors. Our thorough training program can be supplemented to address specific client requests.

Training, both group and one-on-one, focuses on The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Each year all collectors are tested on the FDCPA. Our collectors are trained in maintaining a professional manner, while assertively pursuing client goals. RAB's collectors fully understand the importance of collecting in a way that is consistent with the principles of the FDCPA.
