Once the decision
is made that an account can not be recovered by routine collection,
RAB is still a valuable source for resolution. If litigation is
necessary, RAB clients may use their own attorney or authorize RAB
to select legal counsel from a national network of collection attorneys
maintained by RAB. Once litigation in underway, RAB provides progress
reports on the status of the litigation.
Before suit
is initiated, determinations as to the following will be considered:
·Employment
status for possible garnishment
·Location
of assets for attachment of property
·Adequate
address information for initial service of process by authorities
·Dollar
balances
·Our national
network of attorneys allows us to pursue litigation regardless of the
account holder's location.
